This notice explains the limited information collected through the SAAVEDRA pre-launch site.
Information we collect
When you join the early-access list, we collect your email address, any optional phone number you provide, your SMS consent choice, and submission records such as date and time. When you contact us, we collect your name, email, inquiry category, message, and submission date.
How we use it
We use this information to manage the release list, send requested updates about STANDARD 001 and future SAAVEDRA developments, understand launch interest, and protect the signup experience from abuse.
SMS and sharing
Providing a mobile number is optional. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. SAAVEDRA does not sell your personal information or share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers and retention
Limited information may be processed by providers that help host the site, store submissions, or deliver communications. We retain launch-list information while it is needed for those purposes or until you opt out.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe through any email we send or reply STOP to SMS messages. For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, use the official form on the Contact page or email thesaavedrabrand@gmail.com.
