These pre-launch terms apply to your use of this SAAVEDRA website.
Pre-launch information
This site introduces the SAAVEDRA brand and planned Founding Drop 001, including the STANDARD 001 heavyweight tee and community bracelet. No products are currently offered for sale. Product imagery, materials, specifications, pricing, timing, and availability may change before launch.
Early access
Joining the list expresses interest but does not reserve a product, guarantee availability, establish a purchase agreement, or promise a specific launch date.
Brand property
The SAAVEDRA name, philosophy, site copy, visual direction, and original imagery are brand materials and may not be reused commercially without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, submit unlawful content, or use automated methods to interfere with the release list.
Updates
These terms may be updated as the site expands into ecommerce and additional product categories. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
